Dear Greenbriar Homeowners:

Over the next few days you will be receiving a veryimportant “Greenbriar Business” Packet in the mail. Please take a few
moments to read, vote and enclose your ballot pages in the already self-addressed
stamped envelope. Also, please be sure to fill out the information on the top
corner of the envelope with your address information.

There is a total of 7 items that needyour vote. There is no cost to you, just a few moments of your time.

The complete packet should include:

-A cover letter explaining the importance of your
vote and the how’s and why’s the board is encouraging and really needs your
participation.

-A summary page that breaks down what each amendment
means to our community with an easy and short description.

-A ballot for you to initial your choice /vote next
to each amendment individually.

-A copy of the parts /pages of our documents that are
included in the amendment updates (this is to show what would be edited in our
current documents for the proposed amendment #1 “document clean up”- given in legal
format).

-A self-addressed, stamped envelope for you to
enclose your ballot and put in the mail.

The Board needs ALL your help in getting this
Greenbriar business taken care of properly, so we can clean up our currently
outdated documents and to comply with the new state and county laws.

We are on a very strict deadline to get this done, that is
why we are asking for your quick response.

The amendments are not listed by order of importance, as
they are all very important for their own reasons. There are a
few items included that WILL affect your property values if we are
unable to correct it now-- with your votes.

In addition to
bringing our documents up to compliance, this is a necessary processto ensure we can protect our community and property values now and in the
future.
